Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move the corner on the middle border (see screenshot).

Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.
Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Flip.
Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.

I reduced the size of my frame with 89%.

The new size will be 415 X 450.

Layers > Merge > Merge all layers flatten.
