1. Open your image, duplicate it twice and close the original
Minimize one copy
Set the foreground to pattern and chose the minimized graphic
Choose 2 colors from your image and set the darker one as the foreground
Set the background to gradient and set up as follows

foreground/background gradient

2. Add 10px border
Select and fill with the foreground pattern
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur

Selections - Invert
Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout
Select none

3. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the foreground color
Select none

4. Add 15px border
Select and fill with the background gradient
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - 10.00

5. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the foreground color
Select none

6. Add 20px border
Select and fill with the background color
Effects - Plugins - Andrew's Filters - Tow The Line
Select none

7. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the foreground color
Select none

8. Add 30px border
Select and fill with the foreground color
Effects - Plugins - ECWS Tile Maker

Effects - 3d Effects - Inner Bevel
Select none

Add the corners I have supplied or some of your own
