My supplies here. The zip includes the image and pattern

Set your foreground color to #861F18
Set your background color to #D45F56
Open your image in psp, duplicate and minimize one copy for later
Colorize the pattern in your dark color if you are using another image but want to use the same pattern
Change your foreground to gradient with these settings:



Selections, Select All
Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout and use these settings:



Selections, Select None

Image, add border, 3 pixels in your dark color
Image, add border, 2 pixels in your light color
Image, add border, 3 pixels in your dark color

Effects, Plugins, BorderMania, Frame #2 and use these settings:



Image, add border, 30 pixels in white color
Select the border with your magic wand
Fill with your pattern
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use these settings:



Image, add border, 3 pixels in your dark color
Image, add border, 2 pixels in your light color
Image, add border, 3 pixels in your dark color

Effects, Plugins, BorderMania, Frame #2 and use these settings:



Image, add border, 40 pixels in white color
Select the border with your magic wand
Maximize the duplicate image, copy and paste it into your white border
Effects, Plugins, Scribe, 4way mirror and use these settings:



Selections, Invert
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:



Repeat Drop Shadow but change vertical and horizontal for -5
Selections, Select None

Image, add border, 3 pixels in your dark color
Image, add border, 2 pixels in your light color
Image, add border, 3 pixels in your dark color

Effects, Plugins, BorderMania, Frame #2 and use these settings:



Image, add border, 50 pixels in white color
Select the border with your magic wand
Fill with your gradient
Effects, Plugins, ScreenWorks, Canvas Mesh
Selections, Select None

Image, add border, 6 pixels in your dark color
Image, add border, 4 pixels in your light color
Image, add border, 6 pixels in your dark color

Effects, Plugins, BorderMania, Frame #2 and use these settings:



Selections, Select All
Selections, Modify, Contract 16
Selections, Invert
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:



Repeat Drop Shadow but change vertical and horizontal for -5
Selections, Select None

Resize your image about 65-75%
Save your work as jpg
