1. Open
up your image and add a white border size

Using your wand Tolerance and Feather both set
on zero select the white border and flood fill
with the silver fill pattern
3. Keep
selected ---> selections ----> invert and
apply the following cut-out
Keep
selected and reapply the cut-out only change the
Vertical and Horizontal to minus 2

Select none
5. Pick
a colour from your image and add a border size
10, I used #183A56
6.
Select this border and apply Gregs Factory 11
Pool Shadow ---> select none
7. Add
a white border size 5 ---> select and flood
fill with the silver fill pattern ---> keep
selected and apply NRV Bordermania Frame 2 and
change the top two settings to 5 then go --->
selections ---> invert and apply the same
cut-out as in step 3 ---> select none
8. Add
a border size 5px using the colour you chose in
step 5
9.
Repeat step 7
10.
Repeat step 8
11.
Repeat step 7 again
12.
Using your chosen colour add a border size 15px,
select this border and apply some Noise set at
Uniform 15%

Keep selected and apply Gregs Factory Pool
Shadow at the default settings

Select none

Repeat steps 1 and 2

Using your chosen colour add a border size
25px

Select the border with your wand and add a new
layer
18.
Layers ---> Load/Save Mask and apply the
hollyleaves mask
19. On
your layer palette highlight the Raster 1 layer
and flood fill with white then move your
highlight to the Mask Raster 1 and delete
it
20.
Selections ---> select all ---> selections
---> float ---> find and apply Blade Pro's
Bullion White preset then apply the following
Drop Shadow
21.
Select none and Sharpen 4 times or as many as
required
22.
Highlight your background layer and select with
your wand, apply Gregs Factory Pool Shadow
---> Layers ---> Merge Visible and apply
the following Inner Bevel
23. Add
a border size 5px, select and flood fill with
the silver pattern then apply the same inner
bevel as in step 22 ---> Select none and
sharpen once
Apply any window dressing and your
all done !
