Supplies

 

 

1. Open up the image or use your own - add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

 

2. Keep selected and apply the following drop shadows

 

repeat the drop shadow but change the vertical and horizontal settings to minus 1 - select none

 

3. Add a 1px black border

 

4. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold beads pattern - select none

 

5. Add a 1px black border

 

6. Add a 20px white border - select - apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Kaleidoscopic Frame Rectangular at the following

settings

7. Keep selected - apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons & Frames - Glass frame 2 using the default settings

 

8. Add a 2px border - select - fill with the gold pattern

 

9. Add a 1px black border

 

10. Add a 3px border - select - fill with the gold beads pattern

 

11. Add a 30px border using #6d2230 - select and add a new layer - fill with white - still selected - Layers - New Mask Layer -

from image - find and apply the dm 0813-7 mask

12. Keep selected - Layers - delete - Layers - Merge all flatten then apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2

apply this twice - select none

 

13. Add a 2px border - select - fill with the gold pattern

 

14. Add a 1px black border

 

15. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold beads pattern

 

16. Add a 1px black border

 

17. Add a 20px white border - select - apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Kaleidoscopic Frame Rectangular at

the following settings

 

18. Keep selected - apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons & Frames - Glass frame 2 using the default settings

 

Select none and your all done, hope you enjoyed this one !

 

For the frame below I just picked a couple of colours from the image instead of using white and I also

changed the hue and saturation of the gold beads to 0 & 0 this gives the silver look
