This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions

~ You will need ~
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
Fm Tile Tools (Seamless Tile), you can download here
My supplies here. The zip includes picture, mask and texture

Put your mask in your mask folder
Put the texture in your texture folder
Open the picture in psp
Duplicate your image and minimize one for later use

~ Step 1 ~

Activate your selection tool and use the following settings:



Click on Custom Selection (shown by the red arrow)
And use the following settings:
Top: 0, Left: 325, Right: 375, Bottom: will be the total length of your graphic

~ Step 2 ~

Effects, Texture Effects, Texture
Find winni.texture.74 and use the following settings:



Keep selected!

~ Step 3 ~

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Selections, Select None

~ Step 4 ~

Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask From Disk. Find EMSK010 and use the following settings:



Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Image, Mirror

~ Step 5 ~

Repeat step 1 to 4

~ Step 6 ~

Image, Canvas Size
Change the width to 1024 and the height will be the total height of your graphic
For the placement use the following settings:



~ Step 7 ~

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Repeat Drop Shadow but change Horizontal to -2

~ Step 8 ~

Layers, New Raster Layer
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Selections, Select All
Maximize the image we duplicated earlier and copy it
Go back to our main image
Edit, Paste, Paste Into Selection
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur and set the Radius to 25
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add noise and use the following settings:



Selections, Select None

~ Step 9 ~

Effects, Image Effects, Seamless Tiling and use the following settings:



Layers, Properties and change the Opacity for 50%
Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten)

~ Step 10 ~

Effects, Plugins, FM Tile Tools, Seamless Tile and use the following settings:



Save your work as jpg
