*Open the supplies in PSP*


1. Open your image, duplicate it twice, and close the original
Minimize one copy on your workspace
Choose 2 colors from your image and set the darker of the two as the foreground
The two colors I am using are #071f43 - dark and #7690b9 - light
Set the foreground pattern to the silver pattern from the zip file
Set the background gradient up as follows



2. Selections - Select All
Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout



Repeat the Cutout - this time Vertical and Horizontal -2
Select none

3. Add 2px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the silver pattern
Select none

4. Add 1px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the dark color
Select none

5. Add 2px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the silver pattern
Select none

6. Add 5px border
Select with magic wand
Flood fill with the dark color
Select none

7. Add 5px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the silver pattern
Select none

8. Add 1px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the dark color
Select none

9. Add 2px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the silver pattern
Select none

10. Add 15px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the background gradient
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds



Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss
Apply the default settings
Select none

11. Add 2px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the silver pattern
Select none

12. Add 1px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the dark color
Select none

13. Add 5px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the silver pattern
Select none

14. Add 1px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the dark color
Select none

15. Switch the background to pattern
Choose the minimized image
Set it up as follows



Add 20px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill the border with the background pattern
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius - 10.00
Effects - Plugins - Mura Seamless - Shift At Arch



Select none

16. Add 2px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the silver pattern
Select none

17. Add 1px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the dark color
Select none

18. Add 2px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the silver pattern
Select none

19. Add 30px border
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the gradient
Effects - Plugins - Toadies - Blast Em!



Effects - Plugins - Toadies - What Are You



Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss
Apply the default settings
Effects - 3d Effects - Inner Bevel



Select none
