1. Open your image, duplicate twice, and close original
Choose 2 colors from the image
Set the darker of the colors as your foreground

Set the foreground gradient up as follows:

Set the background gradient up as follows:

radial gradient

Set the foreground pattern to the gold pattern from the zip file

2. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Selections - Invert
Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout
Select none

3. Add 3px border
Select and fill with the foreground gradient
Adjust - Add /Remove Noise - Add Noise

Effects - Plugins - Bordermania - Frame2
Select none

4. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

5. Add 5px border
Select and flood fill with the background gradient
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Same settings as previous
Effects - Plugins - Bordermania - Frame 2
Select none

6. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

7. Add 22px border
Select and fill with the second copy of the image
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius - 10.00
Effects - Art Media Effects - Brushstrokes
Select none

8. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

9. Add 3px border
Select and fill with the foreground gradient
Adjust - Add /Remove Noise - Add Noise
Same settings as Step 3
Effects - Plugins - Bordermania - Frame2
Apply the same settings as in Step 3
Select none

10. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern

11. Add 27px border
Select and fill with the background gradient

Select none

16. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern

I have included the corners in 3 sizes
For this frame, I used the medium corner
