Now that you have your supples let's get started. Step 1 open your tube Control D (Duplicate) image resize 60% all layers Canvas size: 400 X 400 Duplicate Layer Close Layer 2 Step 2 Working on the bottom layer Effects: Distortion effects Twirl: settings 600 Effects: Distortion Effects Spiky Halo: Setting H - 3 V - 72 Amplitude 3 Frequency 20 Radius 1 edge mode: transparent. Step 3 Duplicate: Working on the just duplicated image Adjust: Blur Guassian Blur 15 Plug-In Zero: Fritallary default setting Drag this layer to bottom Resize the 2nd layer by 95% all layers unchecked Step 4 Open up your top layer: This should be your tube With your selection tool select elipse select a small area at the bottom of the tube Go to selections: modify feather 10 hit delete a few times, this will help the bottom of the tube blend in with the tag Select None Add drop shadow: What I Used H: 5 V: -5 Opacity: 90 Blur 10 Add Your text Vector checked: Using color: #A37F82 as foreground and the gradient as background Put the text where you want it on the page Opjects: Align Horizontal Center Convert to raster layer Add the Fritallary Plug-in default setting Duplicate Text On the bottom layer of text add the spiky halo effect same settings as earlier Add Drop Shadow Merge Visible Copy Paste as new image Merge All and save as a jpeg (you may want to resize your image) if you do please make sure that bicubic resize is chosen.
