WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Graphics Plus

My File - HERE

( Try and use a very simple image that's not to busy )

1. Open up the image and go Edit ---> Copy

2. Add a 2px border using #A7172D ---> select ---> Invert and apply the following cut-out

3. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern

4. Add a 10px white border ---> select and flood fill with the Yellow pattern

5. Keep selected ---> and apply Graphic Plus Cross Shadow changing the bottom two settings to 76 ---> Select none

6. Add a 1px border using #A7172D

7. Repeat step 3

8. Add a 10px white border ---> select and flood fill with the Red pattern

9. Repeat steps 5, 3, 6 and 3 again

10. Add a white border size 35px ---> select ---> Edit ---> Paste into selection

11. Keep selected and apply Filters Unlimited 2 ---> Paper Textures ---> Papyrus

12. Add a 5px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern

13. Keep selected and apply NRV Bordermania Frame 2 changing the top two settings to 5

Select none and your all done !
