My thanks to the original creators of the gradients used in this tutorial

1. Open up the gradient background and the tube of the little girl - copy and paste the little girl as a new layer onto the gradient background and apply the following drop shadow - colour used in the drop shadow is #b3a78b

2. Copy and paste the My Prayer Frame as a new layer onto the gradient background - layers merger visible

3. Add a 1px black border

4. Add a 2px border - select and fill with cvm_1037 gradient - Angle set to 45 and Repeats 2

5. Add a 1px black border

6. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the cvm_1037 gradient

7. Add a 1px black border

8. Add a 20px border - select and fill with the Cream Satin Ruffle - Diz Gradient - Angel & Repeat both set on zero - keep selected and apply DSB Flux Linear Transmission at the following settings

9. Apply the DSB Flux again only this time check the horizontal box - keep selected and apply Filters Unlimited 2 Buttons and Frames - Glass Frame 2 or your favourite Inner Bevel

10. Repeat steps 3 to 5

11. Add a border size 25px - select and fill with the cream satin gradient - set your background colour to #b4ad93 and apply Flaming Pears Transline - keep selected and apply Ecosse - Flutter at the following settings TWICE

12. Keep selected and apply FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss

13. Repeat steps 3 - 5

14. Add a 30px border - select and fill with the cream satin gradient - keep select and apply the DSB Flux - Linear Transmission using the same settings as in steps 8 & 9 - Apply Filters Unlimited Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2

15. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the cvm_1037 gradient....

Add my little bow to the top left corner and your all done !
