WHAT YOU WILL NEED   PSP 9  Blade Pro Eye Candy Simple Filters FM Tile Tools Filters Unlimited 2 Supplies    1. Add a 2px white border - select and fill with Blade Pro - Shiny Gold 2. Keep selected - Invert and apply the following Cut-Out 3. Keep selected - reapply the cut-out only change the Vertical & Horizontal settings to minus 2 4. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the gold beads pattern - Adjust - Brightness/Contrast - Clarify 5 5. Add a 2px black border 6. Add a 2px white border - select and apply Blade Pro - Shiny Gold 7. Add a 25px border - select and fill with the ddd_maroon gradient - Angle 45  Repeats 1 8. Keep selected and apply Eye Candy Weave - Linen setting as shown below 9. Keep selected and apply the following Inner Bevel 10. Add a 1px black border 11. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold beads pattern - Adjust - Brightness/Contrast - Clarify 5 12. Add a 1px black border 13. Add a 25px border - select and fill with the ddd_maroon gradient - Angel 45  Repeats 0 14. Keep selected and apply Eye Candy Weave using the same settings as in step 8 15. Keep selected and apply the same Inner Bevel as in step 9 16. Still selected - Image - Mirror then apply Simple Filters - Top Left Mirror 17. Add a 2px white border - select and apply Blade Pro - Shiny Gold 18. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the gold beads pattern - Adjust - Brightness/Contrast - Clarify 5 19. Add a 2px black border 20. Add a 2px white border - select and apply Blade Pro - Shiny gold 21. Add a 25px border - select and fill with the ddd_maroon gradient  Angle 45  Repeats 1 22. Keep selected and apply Eye Candy Weave using the same settings as in step 8 23. Keep selected - Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope and apply the following settings 24. Again while still selected add a new layer - fill with the ddd_maroon gradient same settings as in step 21 then lower the opacity to 52 25. Still selected - merge your layers visible and apply FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss then apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 Select none and your all done !
