Open up your graphic - add a 2px white border - select and apply Super Blade Pro - golden sparkle preset 2. Keep selected - sharpen - select none 3. Add a 1px black border 4. Add a 3px white border - select and apply Super Blade Pro - golden sparkle preset 5. Keep selected - sharpen - select none 6. Add a 15px black border - select and apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 1 using the following settings 7. Add a 20px border - select and fill with the pattern provided (or you can use your own pattern) - keep selected and apply Simple Filters - top left mirror 8. Keep selected and apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 at the default setting - select none 9. Add a 1px black border 10. Add a 2px white border - select and apply Super Blade Pro - golden sparkle preset 11. Keep selected - sharpen - select none 12. Add a 1px black border 13. Add a 3px white border - select and apply Super Blade Pro - golden sparkle preset 14. Keep selected - sharpen - select none 15. Add a 30px black border - select and apply Eye Candy 4000 - Glass using the Sharp Cut preset but change the glass colour to black - Apply this TWICE !!!!   16. Add a 5px white border - select and apply Super Blade Pro - golden sparkle preset 17. Keep selected - sharpen - select none  And your all done !
