Add 2px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with pattern Selections - Invert 3. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout Repeat Cutout - Vertical and Horizontal -3 Select none 4. Add 1px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with foreground color Select none 5. Add 2px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with gold pattern Select none 6. Add 5px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with foreground color Select none 7. Add 5px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with gold pattern Keep selected 8. Effects - Plugins - Screenworks - Dot Screen Effects - Plugins - Bordermania - Frame 2 Select none 9. Add 5px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with foreground color Select none 10. Add 2px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with gold pattern Select none 11. Add 1px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with foreground color Select none 12. Add 20px border - select with magic wand Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - nk-victoriancloth Change the shape to (Or just use the background on this page "BG1.jpg" as a pattern and floodfill with it!!!) Keep selected 14. Colors - Colorize You will have to adjust the Hue and Saturation of the color you are using Select none 15. Repeat Steps 10 - 12 16. Effects - Plugins - Screenworks - Dot Screen Effects - Plugins - Bordermania - Frame 2 Apply the same settings as Step 8 Select none 19. Add 5px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with foreground color Select none 20. Repeat Steps 10 - 12 21. Maximize the green pattern Colors - Colorize Apply the same Hue and Saturation you used in Step14 Set the foreground pattern to this pattern fill 22. Add 30px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with pattern Keep selected 23.
