Supplies
Paint Shop Pro
Super Blade Pro

 

1.  Open graphic, duplicate twice and close original.
 Minimize one copy. 
Resize working copy to a workable size.
  Effects - Sharpen - Sharpen.

2.  Add 3px border - select with magic wand. 
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - nk goldenchain. 
 You can get this preset at  The Treasure Trove on page 23.
Selections - Invert.

3.  Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout

Vertical - 3
Horizontal - 3
Opacity - 60
Blur - 10
Color - Black

Repeat Cutout - Vertical and Horizontal -3
Select none.

4.  Choose a color from your graphic and set as foreground color.

5.  Add 3px border - select with magic wand. 
Flood fill with foreground color. 
Select none.

6.  Add 3px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro
Select none.

7.  Add 15px border - select with magic wand.
Flood fill with foreground color.
Keep selected.

8.  Effects - Geometric Effects - Cylinder - Horizontal.

Keep selected.

9.  Effects - Geometric Effects - Cylinder - Vertical.

Select none.

10.  With the magic wand, select the remaining foreground color.

11.  Set your foreground styles palette to pattern.
Choose your minimized graphic.

12.  Flood fill border with graphic.
Effects - Blur - Gaussian Blur.  Radius 10.00.
Select none.

13.  Add 3px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro.
Selections - Invert.

14.  Repeat Step 3.

15.  Add 3px border - select with magic wand.
Flood fill with foreground color.
Select none.

16.  Add 3px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro.
Select none.

17.  Add 25px border - select with magic wand.
Flood fill with foreground color.
Keep selected.

18.  Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope.

Keep selected.

19.  Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique.

Select none.

20.  Add 3px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro.
Select none.

21.  Add 3px border - select with magic wand.
Flood fill with foreground color.
Select none.

22.  Add 3px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro.
Select none.

23.Add 15px border - select with magic wand.
Flood fill with foreground color.
Keep selected.

24.  Repeat Steps - 8 - 12.

25.  Add 5px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro
Selections - Invert.

26.  Repeat Step 3.
