WHAT YOU WILL NEED    PSP 9  Filters Unlimited 2 Mura Meister Supplies    1. Open up your image and resize to 381 x 446px 2. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the silver pattern - my image already had a darkish border but you may need to invert and apply a cutout to yours if your image is light in colour 3. Add a 1px black border 4. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the silver pattern 5. Add a 20px border using #244153 - select - Effects - Texture Effects - Texture - apply the Squares preset using the following settings 6. Keep selected - Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds using the following settings 7. Still selected apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Glass Frame 2 - Frame Size 64  Contrast 48 - Adjust - Brightness & Contrast - Clarify 5 8. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the silver pattern 9. Add a 1px black border 10. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the silver pattern 11.Set your foreground colour to #244153 and your background colour to #1a2b3b 12. Add a 50px border using the foreground colour - select and apply Mura's Meister - Cloud at the following settings 1st colour is White 2nd colour is your foreground colour 3rd colour is your background colour 13. Select none 14. Copy and paste the silver corner deco piece as a new layer onto your working image - position top left corner then apply the following drop shadow 15. Sharpen 16. Duplicate the corner layer - mirror - duplicate - flip - duplicate - mirror 17. Merge layers visible 18. Copy and paste the silver top piece onto your working image - position in the middle of the corners on your last frame - duplicate this layer - Image - Flip 19. Copy and paste the flowers onto your working image - position left side - sharpen - duplicate and mirror 20. Layers merge visible 21. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the silver pattern - select none 22. Adjust - Brightness & Contrast - Clarify 3 That's it, all done !
