1. Open your graphic, duplicate it (Shift & D), and close the original image
Set the foreground to the pattern pattern from the zip file
Choose a color from your graphic and set as the background color

***I opted to make my photo black and white as I didn't care for the colors
This allowed me to choose the colors I wanted to work with
If you want to do the same, here are the steps I used:
--> Image - Greyscale
--> Image - Increase Color Depth - 16 Million Colors***

2. Add 1px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Selections - Invert

Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout
Select none

3. Add 1px border - black

4. Add 5px border
*note you will have to change the color back to white or another color*
Select and fill with the gold pattern

I have supplied some corners which you can use to embellish your image anyway you wish
