Unplugged Effects

Supplies

1. Open up your image and add a 5px border

2. Select and fill with the cmv_gold pattern - Selections - Invert and apply the following cut-out

3. Add a 1px black border

4. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

5. Pick a colour from your image and add a 15px border - select - Effects - Texture Effects - Texture - apply the Brushstrokes texture - set the size to 50

6. Keep selected and apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 at the default setting

7. Add a 1px black border

8. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

9. Add a 1px black border

10. Using your chosen colour, add a 15px border - select and apply Unplugged Effects - Snow - 30

11. Repeat step 6

12. Add a 1px black border

13. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

14. Using a lighter version of your chosen colour, add a 20px border

15. Select your border - Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope using the following settings

16. Keep selected and repeat step 6

Add some corners and your all done !
