When I saw this picture of the little girl with the beautiful hats, I knew I just had to make a frame for it. I hope I did it justice. Tutorial created February 28, 2003. Supplies Paint Shop Pro Super Blade Pro Greg's Factory Output Vol II Zip of Pattern Fill - Here Graphic of choice 1. Open your graphic, duplicate and close the original. Choose a colour from your graphic and set as your foreground colour - I used #ffcede. Set your background to white. Unzip the pattern fill and minimize. 2. Add 3px border - select with magic wand. 3. Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - preset of choice. I used nk-ancientgold which you can get at The Treasure Trove - Page 23 Selections - Invert 4. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout Vertical - 2 Horizontal - 2 Opacity - 60 Blur - 10 Color - Black Repeat Cutout - Vertical and Horizontal -2 Select none 5. Add 10px border - select with magic wand. 6. Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass. Select none 7. Add 3px border - select with magic wand. 8. Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro. Select none. 9. Add 10px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with foreground colour. Keep selected. 10. Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Volume II - Pool Shadow. Select none. 11. Repeat Steps 7 & 8. 12. Set foreground to pattern and choose the supplied pattern. You can colourize this to match your graphic or leave as is. 13. Add 25px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with foreground pattern. Select none. 14.Repeat Steps 7 & 8. 15. Add 10px border - select with magic wand. 16. Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass. Select none. 17.
