I was making a stationery and was playing with filters. I came up with the background you see on this page.
Any resemblance to any other background is purely coincidental.

Supplies
Paint Shop Pro
Funhouse Filters
Graphic of your choice

1. Open the graphic you wish to use. Duplicate it and close the original.

2. Resize to 200 x 200. Effects - Sharpen - Sharpen

3. Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass.

4. Effects - Plugins - Funhouse - Emission Mirror - Default settings.

Very quick and easy. I think makes a lovely web page background or could be used as a stationery background in a table.
