WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Mask

1. Open up your image, try to have it around 340 x439 and add a 2px border

2. Using your wand, select your border and apply Ulead Art Texture Gold by doing the following ---> Edit ---> Palette 5 ---> change the Hue to 170 ---> OK ---> select the last pattern on the bottom right ---> OK

3. Keep selected ---> Invert and apply the following Cut-out

4. Select none

5. Add a 2px border #003c6b

6. Add another 2px border ---> select and apply the same Ulead Art Texture as in step 2

7. Add a 20px border #003c6b ---> select and apply Cresent Moon Terracotta at the following settings, depending on your image size you may need to play around with the Horizontal and Vertical Source

8. Keep selected and apply the following Inner Bevel

9. Select none

10. Add a 2px border and apply the Ulead Art Texture setting

11. Add a 2px border #003c6b

12. Add a 5px border and apply the Ulead Art Texture setting

13. Add a 30px border #003c6b ---> Add a new layer ---> Layer's ---> Load Mask from disk ---> find and apply the 1a Lacyside mask making sure the Invert Transparency box is unchecked

14. Highlight the Raster 1 layer and flood fill with the dden blue gradient ---> Angle set on 45 Repeats on 1

15. Highlight the Mask Raster 1 layer ---> right click and delete this layer, you should now be on Layer 1 again ---> Selections ---> select all ----> selections ---> float and apply the following drop shadow then select none and sharpen once

16. Right click on Group Raster 1 and Merge Visible

17. Add a 5px border ---> select and apply the Ulead Art Texture for the last time ---> selections ---> select all ---> selections ---> modify ---> contract 5 ---> invert and apply Bordermania Frame 2 changing the top two settings to 5

Select none and your all done !
