Mask from Jan's Designs - Choose mask number 95 and place in your Masks folder within PSP.
Zip File - Here Included in the zip are the corners and goldfill pattern.

Unzip the file and minimize the corners and goldfill on your workspace.

1. Open your graphic, duplicate and close original. In this tutorial I am using a tube that I have prepared ahead of time. Resize to a workable size - Effects - Sharpen - Sharpen.

2. Set background to white, foreground to #8E2815.

3. Add a new layer. Masks - Load From Disk - jd-mask95.msk. Flood fill with white. Masks - Delete. Answer yes to merging with current layer. Select none.

4. Selections - Select All. Selections - Float. Flood fill mask with a pattern or gradient of your choice.

I used a gradient - Foreground #004000 - Background #8E2815 Linear Gradient - Angle 45. Select none.

5. Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)

6. Set your foreground styles palette to pattern and choose the goldfill. Set your background to white.

7. Add 1px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with goldfill pattern. Selections - Invert.

8. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout

Vertical - 2
Horizontal - 2
Opacity - 50
Blur - 10
Colour - Black

Repeat Cutout - Vertical and Horizontal -2

Select none.

9. Set background to #8E2815 or your colour choice. Add 1px border.

10. Set background to #FFFFFF. Add 1px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with goldfill pattern. Select none.

11. Set background to #004000 or your colour choice. Add 10px border.

12. Set background to #FFFFFF. Add 1px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with goldfill pattern. Select none.

12. Set background to #8E2815 or your colour choice. Add 1px border.

13. Set background to #FFFFFF. Add 1px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with goldfill pattern. Select none.

13. Set background to #004000 or your colour choice. Add 20px border - select with magic wand.

14. Effects - Plugins - Alf's Power Toys - Noizz. Select none.

15. Set background to #FFFFFF. Add 1px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with goldfill pattern. Select none.

16. Set background to #8E2815 or your colour choice. Add 1px border

17. Set background to #FFFFFF. Add 1px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with goldfill pattern. Select none.

18. Set background to #004000 or your colour choice . Add 20px border.

19. Set background to #FFFFFF. Add 1px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with goldfill pattern. Select none.

20. Set background to #8E2815 or your colour choice . Add 1px border

21. Set background to #FFFFFF. Add 1px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with goldfill pattern. Select none.

I have included 2 corners in the Zip file. One coloured using the
colours I have used on my frame and one white so you can colour
as you wish.
