What you need:
Plugin Visman (VM): download here.
Eye Candy 3.1 (free): download here.
Extract to your folder plugins in PSP.
Close and open PSP, so your plugins will load.
The Candeekis and MD-Corner Tube: download here.
Open the tubes in PSP.

1. Open an image. I used this one.
If you want to use it too, right click, copy and paste in PSP.


Artist: unknown

2. Image > Add borders > 25 Pixels.

3. Select your border with your magic wand (tolerance 20, Feather  0).
Foreground color #58687F.
Fill your border.

4. Effects > 3D effects > Plugins > VM Natural > Lightburst.

5. Effects > 3D effects > Drop shadow.


Repeat at - 4.

6. Image > Add borders > 25 Pixels.
Select your border with your magic wand.
Fill your border (foreground color).

7. Effects > 3D effects > Plugins > VM Natural > Splash!....

8. Repeat drop shadow 4 and -4.

9. Image > Add borders 25.
Select with your wand, same settings.
Fill with foreground color.

10. Effects > 3D effects > Plugins > VM Distortion > Circulator II.

11. Repeat the drop shadow 4 and - 4.

12. Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 3.1 > Inner Bevel.


Selections > None.

13. Now open the CandeeKis.pspimage (ZIP).
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Put it bottom left, so it looks if the doll is sitting on your border.

14. Drop shadow Vert. and  Horiz. at 4, blur 10.00.


Repeat at - 2.

15. Open MD-Corner.pspimage, copy and paste as a new layer.
Move it to the top left corner.

Your  CandeeKisses Frame is done.
