What you need:

day trial here.
Mask, velvet base, tube, gold and silver pattern: Download here.

Save often.
Let's go
. Good luck.....

Open your velvet base (MD-Velvet.jpg) in PSP.

Layers > New raster layer.

Open gold pattern and MD-Diamondmask.jpg in PSP.
Foreground color to pattern and find the MD-matt-gold.jpg.

Fill your layer with this pattern.

Layers > New masklayer > From image.

Find MD-Diamondmask, click OK.

Layers > Merge > Merge group.
Copy this layer and paste as a new image.
You will need it later on.

Go to your original image.
Selections > All.
Selections > Modify > Contract 10 pixels.
Selections > Invert.

Hit delete to remove the edge.

Make sure you are on your background layer (=blue).

Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel > Color white.

Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow.

Repeat but with Hor. and Vert. at - 2.

In your layer palette, activate your to player (=blue).

Selections > All.

Selections > Modify > Contract 40 pixels.

Hit delete to remove the middle part.

Activate your bottom layer (=blue).

Selections > Modify > Select selection borders.

Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel as before.

Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow as before 2 and - 2.

Go to your top layer again and hit: Delete.

If you did well you have this:

Select   a quarter of your middle part like on the screenshot.

Layers > New layer.

Open the image you did put aside and copy.

Go back to your original.

Edit > Paste into selection.

Selections > None.

Layers > Duplicate.

Image > Mirror.

Give both gold layers a drop shadow at 2.
Do this after image mirror, or your shadow will be mirrored too.

Open  MD-VelvetGirl.psp tube and copy .

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

If you use another tube, you might want to adjust the golden diamond layers.
Because you did use separate layers, you can do this (see example).
Look for other tubes on my tube site.
Below the button "Fur Tubes" you find more woman tubes with fur.

Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.

Your  Velvet Frame is done.
I hope you liked it.
