What we need:
An image. I used this rose.
Corner Tube and rose image in this ZIP.

Image: Author unknown.

Save often.
Let's go.... Good luck!

1. Open your image or use the rose.
Make sure your image isn't to large, we're adding borders.
If you use a picture without a white border add one of 24 pixels.
Make sure your height is no larger than 350 pixels after wards.

2. Selections > All.
Selections modify >
Contract 25 pixels.
Selections >
Invert.

3. Effects > Reflections effects > Pattern.
Click the dice till you like what you have and fits your border.
This is what I used for the rose:

4. Effects > Distortion > Curly Q,s.
Again..... use the dice till you're satisfied.
Make sure the values on the left side  are the same.
I have 10 on both.
You can change the number but both the same.

5. Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.

6. Effects > 3D effects > Drop shadow.

Repeat drop shadow Vert. and Hoiz. to - 7.

7. Effects > Image effects > Seamless.
This hologram effect only works on large flowers.
Don't use this one on portraits or animals.
If your image not allows, skip this step.

Apply.

8. Add borders > 25 Pixels > White.
Select the white border.

Fill with dark blue (#262A57) or another
dark color you have in your image.

9. Repeat the inner bevel.

10. Add borders > 15 Pixels > White.
Select your border.

11. Effects > Reflection-effects > Pattern.

12. Click the dice again.
Or if you're using the rose, this setting:

13. Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.
Same settings.

Repeat the drop shadow 7 and -7.

14. Open  MD-Texas-corner.pspimage (Zip).
If you use another image:
Colorize
the tube or use your own corner.
Copy and paste as a new layer.

With place at top left.

15. Duplicate.

Image > Mirror.
Image >
Flip.

16. Resize to 75%. all layers unchecked.

17. Sharpen > Sharpen.

With place in the right bottom corner.

Merge all layers.

Your  Texas Frame is done.
I hope you liked this tutorial.
