Supplies
1.
Open up your image and add a 2px border --->
select and flood fill with the yellow gold
pattern
2.
Keep selected ---> Invert and apply Eye Candy
4000 - Cut-Out at the following
settings

Select none
4.
Add a 2px border using #E49B73
5.
Add another 2px border ---> select and flood
fill with the yellow gold pattern
6.
Selections ---> select all ---> selections
---> modify - contract 6 ---> Invert and
apply NRV Bordermania Frame two changing the top
two settings to 6
7.
Add a border size 20px using #E49B73 --->
select and apply Greg's Factory Output 2 - Pool
Shadow at the following settings

Repeat steps 1, 4, 5 and 6
9.
Add a border size 15 using #E49B73 ---> copy
and paste the sde_yellowchain as a new layer
---> position the chain on the left side then
duplicate this layer three more times and
position them around the frame as shown in the
main image, cut off any excess you don't
need

With your highlight on one of the chain layers,
X off your background and merge layers
visible

Still working on the chain layer apply the
following drop shadow then sharpen once --->
merge layers visible

Add a border size 2px ---> select and flood
fill with the gold pattern
13.
Add a border size 5px using #E49B73
14.
Repeat step 12 then ---> selections --->
modify ---> contract 9 ---> invert and
apply NRV Bordermania - Frame 2 changing the top
two settings to 9
15.
Add a border size 40px using #E49B73 --->
select and apply Andrews Filters number 4 - Wire
Mesh
16.
Keep selected ---> Edit ---> Copy and
paste as a new layer ---> Image --->
Mirror ---> Image ---> Flip
17.
Keep selected ---> working on the new layer
get your eraser tool, I set mine on about 40,
start erasing the top left section of the frame
until you can see all of the pattern on that
side
18.
Still selected merge layers visible and apply
Filters Unlimited 2 ---> Buttons and Frames
---> Glass Frame 2
Select none and your all done
