PLEASE NOTE
The image you use will effect the out-come of the
final frame - what happens is that the effect we use will pick
up the strongest colour
from your image and that will result in the tone
of your frame, as you can see I used two different images and
you can see the end results of each above and below
1. Open up the image you want to use, make
sure it's not to large because the borders in the frame are on
the large size
2. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the
gold pattern - keep selected and apply the following drop
shadow

3. Add a 1px black border
4. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the
goldbeads pattern
5. Add a 1px black border
6. Add a 2 px border - select and fill with
the gold pattern
7. Add a 30px black border or you can use the
main colour from your image
8. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the
gold pattern
9. Add a 1px black border
10. Add a 3px border - select and fill with
the goldbeads pattern
11. Add a 1px black border
12. Add a 2 px border - select and fill with
the gold pattern
13. Add a 40px black border or the same colour
you picked in step 7 and select
14. Apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Tile and
Mirror - Radial Tile using the default setting - keep
selected
15. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blue 15 - Apply
Funhouse - ZigZaggerate - then apply Simple Filters - Top Left
Mirror
16. Still selected - Adjust -
Brightness/Contrast - Clarify 5 - keep selected
17. Apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons &
Frames - Glass Frame 2
18. Select none
19. Add a 1px border - select and fill with
the gold pattern
Select none and your all done !
