Supplies (the Mask used in this tutorial comes from EssexGirl thanks Sandi !!)

 

1. Open up your image and add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern

2. Keep selected ---> Invert and apply the following Cut-out

3. Select none

4. Add a 5px border using #997C6A ---> select and apply an Inner Bevel using the Bead preset

5.  Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern

6. Add a 20px border #997C6A ---> select and apply VM Toolbox ---> Tiler using the following settings

7. Keep selected and apply the following Inner Bevel

8. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern

9. Add a 30px border using #997C6A ---> select and apply Eye Candy 4000 Water drops using the following settings

10. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern

11. Keep selected ---> Invert and apply the following cutout

12. Add a 30px border using #997C6A ---> select and add a new layer

13. While still selected change your foreground colour to #d6c3b5 ---> Layers ---> Load/Save Mask ---> Load mask from disk ---> find and apply fishtail frill msk

14. Highlight the Raster 1 layer on your layer palette and flood fill with the foreground colour --->move your highlight up to the Mask Raster layer and right click and delete this layer

15. Selections ---> select all ---> selections ---> float and apply the following drop shadow

16. Highlight the background layer on your layer palette, it should be the bottom layer ---> using your wand select the darker colour on the last border ---> on your layer palette highlight the Group Raster 1 layer, right click and merge visible

17. Keep selected and apply Filters Unlimited 2 Glass Frame 1

18. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold patter

Select none ---> add any little bits and pieces to dress it up

and your all done !
