Tango Frame

A nice picture.  I used some gorgeous artworks
by Ty Wilson. Please read his conditions here.

Save often.
Let's go
. Good luck.....

Open your image.
Image > Change size > Height 350.
Choose pixels. All layers checked.

Image > Add borders > 5 Pixels > Symmetric > Color #2963a2.

If you use your own picture, pick a color from that image.

Select your new border (feather 0, tolerance 20).

Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel.

Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow.

Repeat but now with Horiz. en Vert. at - 1.

Image > Add borders > 15 Pixels > Symmetric > Color #ebbd4d.
Or take a color from your own image.

Select the new border.

Effects > Reflection-effects > Kaleidoscope.

Effects > Artistic effects > Enamel > Color #33649f.
Or use a color from your own image.

Image > Add borders > 5 Pixels > Symmetric > Color #2963a2.
Select the new border.
Repeat the inner bevel and drop shadow at 1 en - 1.

Image > Add borders > 25 Pixels > Symmetric > Color #ebbd4d.
Or take a color from your own image.

Select your new border.

Effects > Distortion effects > Pixelate.

Effects > Reflection-effects > Kaleidoscope > Preset: Ribbon wrap.

Effects > Edge > Enhance more.

Image > Add borders > 5 Pixels > Symmetric > Color #2963a2.
Select your new border.
Repeat the inner bevel and drop shadow at 1 en - 1.

Select (hold shift key) the 4 yellow corners.

Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel as before.

Selections > None.

Open The MD-tangocorner.psp (in ZIP) and copy.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move to the upper left corner.

Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow at 1.

Layers > Duplicate. Layers > Mirror.

Layers > Duplicate. Layers > Flip.

Layers > Duplicate. Layers > Mirror.

Merge all flatten.
