4. Add 1px border - select with

5. Add 2px border - select with

Select none
6. Add 15px border - select with
magic wand
Flood fill with foreground

Keep selected
7. Effects - Plugins - Two Moons -

9. Add 2px border - select with

Flood fill with the gold

the corners that are provided or some of your
own
