Tiny Angels

These two little angels are adorable, I fell in love with them right away

Tutorial was done using PSP9 but can easily be done using other versions.

Materials

Paint Shop Pro
Alf's Border FX
Greg's Factory Output Volume II
Eye Candy 4
Richard Rosenman Filters - Squarify
Supplies
*Unzip and open in PSP*

1. Open your image, duplicate and close the original
Choose a dark color from your graphic and set as the foreground color
I am using #59393e
Choose a medium color from your graphic and set as the background color
I am using #ad7789
Set the foreground pattern to the gold from the zip

2. Selections - Select All
Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout
Select none

3. Add 5px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Adust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Select none

4. Add 1px border - dark color

*To add 1px borders easier:

Add the border and right click on the color
Select the dark color

5. Add 3px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Apply the same settings as in Step 3
Select none

6. Add 1px border - dark color

7. Add 15px border
Select and fill with the background color
Effects - Plugins - Alf's Border FX - Mirror Bevel

Choose the magic wand and select the solid color
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Volume II - Pool Shadow
Apply the settings twice
Select none

8. Add 1px border - dark color

9. Add 3px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Apply the same settings as in Step 3
Select none

10. Add 1px border - dark color

11. Add 20px border - white
Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4 - Glass
Select none

12. Add 1px border - dark

13. Add 5px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Apply the same settings as in Step 3
Select none

14. Add 1px border - dark

15. Add 25px border
Select and fill with the background color
Effects - Plugins - Richard Rosenman - Squarify
Apply the settings below twice

Select the solid color with the magic wand
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Volume II - Pool Shadow
Apply the same settings as in Step 7 (twice)
Select none

16. Add 1px border dark

17. Add 3px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Apply the same settings as in Step 3
Select none

18. Add 1px border - dark

19. Add 5px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Apply the same settings as in Step 3
Select none

Add the supplied corners or some of your own
