WHAT YOU WILL NEED    PSP 9 MezzoForce Ice Filters Unlimited 2 FM Tile Tools Supplies     Have the mask minimised on your desktop before we start  1. Open up your image and add a 5px border 2. Select and fill with the Copper Foil gradient - Angel 315 Repeats 2 - Invert and apply the following cut-out 3. Add a 1px black border 4. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the copper foil gradient same settings as before 5. Add a 25px border using #411A14 - select and apply MezzoForce Ice - Underwater using the following settings TIP : I found when I tested this on another image I didn't like the effect down the bottom after applying the Underwater setting so all you need do is while still selected apply Simple Filters Top Left Mirror and that should make it all nice 6. Still selected apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 7. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gradient (same settings) 8. Add a 1px black border 9. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gradient ( same settings) 10. Add a 30px border - select and fill with the gradient 11. Keep selected - add a new layer and fill with #411A14 12. Still selected - Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - select the Exotic Frame1 psp mask and make sure you have the Invert box checked as shown 13. Still selected - Layers - delete - layers - merge group - sharpen - layers - merge visible 14. Still selected apply FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - select none 15. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gradient (same settings) 16. Add a 1px black border 17. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gradient ( same settings) 18. Add a 25px border using #411A14 19. Select and apply MezzoForce Ice - Underwater (same settings as before) 20. Still selected - Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique using the following settings 21. Still selected apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 22. Add a 1px border - Select and fill with the gradient Add the corners provided and your all done !
