duplicate and close original
Choose a colour
from your graphic and set as your foreground
colour - I used #27326D
Set background colour
to white
2 Add 4px border - select with
magic wand
3 Effects - Plugins - Super

4 Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout
Vertical - 3
Horizontal -

Opacity - 60
Blur - 10
Colour -
Black
Repeat Vertical and Horizontal

5 Add 10px border - select with
magic wand
Flood fill with foreground colour
