Please Note
Some
people have problems installing the Kang Filter,
I have no idea why this happens
but when this tutorial was tested out by the
people in my group they
found
that by importing the Kang Filter into Filters
Unlimited it worked fine...
1.
Open up your image and add a 5px
border
2.
Using your wand, select the border and flood
fill with the gold pattern
3.
Keep selected ---> NRV Bordermania Frame 2
changing the top two settings to 5 --->
Invert and apply the following
cut-out

Select none
5.
Add a 5px border using #A81C05 ---> select
and apply NRV Bordermain Frame 2, changing the
top two settings to 5 ---> select
none
6.
Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill
with the gold pattern
7.
Add a 1px border using #A81C05
8.
Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill
with the gold pattern
9.
Add a 30px border ---> select and flood fill
with the chrisfalleaves6_gradient, make sure you
tick the Invert box on the gradient
10.
Keep selected and apply Graphic Plus Cross
Shadow at the following settings

Select none
12.
Add a 5px border and repeat steps 2 through
8
13.
Select none
14.
Add a border size 20px ---> select and flood
fill with the chrisfalleaves6_gradient, make
sure you tick the Invert box on the
gradient
15.
Keep selected and apply Kang 3 - Liquid you too
at the default settings
16.
While still selected apply the following Inner
Bevel

Select none
and
your all done !
