My supplies here. The zip includes image and patterns

Open the image and patterns in psp
Duplicate your image and minimize one for later use
Set your Foreground color to #C37D59
Set your Background color to #9B4322

~ Step 1 ~

Image, Add borders, Uncheck Symmetric and use the following settings:
Top: 0, Left: 0, Bottom: 0, Right 3, Color: your dark color
Top: 0, Left: 0, Bottom: 0, Right 2, Color: your light color
Top: 0, Left: 0, Bottom: 0, Right 3, Color: your dark color

~ Step 2 ~

Activate your selection tool and use the following settings:



Click on Custom Selection (shown by the red arrow)
And use the following settings:
Top: 0, Left: 275, Right: 283, Bottom: will be the total length of your graphic

~ Step 3 ~

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Selections, Select None

~ Step 4 ~

Image, Add borders, Uncheck Symmetric and use the following settings:
Top: 0, Left: 0, Bottom: 0, Right 30, Color: white
Select the border with your magic wand
Set your foreground to pattern and select nathylost1 Angle: 0, Scale: 100
Fill your border

~ Step 5 ~

Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use the following settings:



Selections, Invert
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before but change the horizontal to 8
Selections, Select None

~ Step 6 ~

Image, Add border, Uncheck Symmetric and use the following settings:
Top: 0, Left: 0, Bottom: 0, Right 20, Color: white
Select the border with your magic wand
Set your foreground to pattern and select nathylost2 Angle: 0, Scale: 35
Fill your border
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before but change the horizontal to -8
Selections, Select None

~ Step 7 ~

Layers, Promote Background Layer
Image, Canvas Size
Change the width to 1024 and the height will be the total height of your graphic
For the placement use the following settings:



~ Step 8 ~

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before but change the horizontal to 8
Layers, New Raster Layer
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Selections, Select All
Maximize the image we duplicated earlier and copy it
Go back to our main image
Edit, Paste, Paste Into Selection
Selections, Select None

~ Step 9 ~

Effects, Plugins, Toadies, What are you? and use the following settings:



Effects, Image Effects, Seamless Tiling and use the following settings:



Layers, Properties and change the Opacity around 60%

~ Step 10 ~

Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten)
Effects, Plugins, FM Tile Tools, Seamless Tile and use the following settings:



Save your work as jpg
