This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions
~ You will need ~
The frame I used is by Dozi. You can download it here (first frame at the top)
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
My supplies here. The zip includes tubes and font
Open tubes in psp
Tubes have HIDDEN layers which mean you must unhide to see them
Minimize them all
Double click to open the font "Brock Script" and minimize it on your desktop
Set your foreground color to White (#FFFFFF)
Set your background color to #6C717F
~ Step 1 ~
File, New
Set Width and Height to 700, Transparent background
Fill the layer with white
Copy nathywarmthtagback.pspimage and paste as new layer
Copy Nathy_Love_Stamp.pspimage and paste as new layer
Image, Resize and use these settings:
90 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Change the Opacity to 50%
~ Step 2 ~
Maximize ~IntheMonnlight~_misted_na_25_.pspimage
Hide the Watermark layer
Edit, Copy Merged
Paste as new layer into your working area
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:
~ Step 3 ~
Copy a-dozi's-frame-51-sm.psp and paste as new layer
Image, Resize and use these settings:
50 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use these settings:
Direction: Right, Degrees: 20, everything else Unchecked
Move the frame down in the right bottom corner
(Look at my image for placement)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before
~ Step 4 ~
Copy tenderness.psp and paste as new layer
Image, Resize and use these settings:
32 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and use these settings:
Hue: 159, Saturation: 21
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use these settings:
Direction: Right, Degrees: 20, everything else Unchecked
Move this layer down so its under the frame's layer
Move the couple so it fits nicely into the frame
(Look at my image for placement)
~ Step 5 ~
Maximize WordArt~CathyzImaginationz.psp
Copy the Embrace layer (should be the 5th layer from the bottom)
Paste into your working area
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use these settings:
Direction: Left, Degrees: 90, everything else Unchecked
Image, Resize and use these settings:
90 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Unlock Transparency
Click once the words with your foreground color (white)
Lock Transparency
Move the words at the bottom of the image

Change the Blend Mode to Difference
~ Step 6 ~
Copy scraptube21_joluvsdogs.psp and paste as new layer
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and use these settings:
Hue: 159, Saturation: 21
Adjust, Brightness and Contrast, Gamma Correction and use these settings:
Link Checked, Red Green Blue set to 0.84
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use these settings:
Direction: Right, Degrees: 70, everything else Unchecked
Move the tag into the top right corner of the image
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before
~ Step 7 ~
Copy BrownBow_VintageVines_BrookeKroegerDesigns.pspimage
(bow on bottom layer) and paste as new layer
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and use these settings:
Hue: 159, Saturation: 21
Adjust, Brightness and Contrast, Gamma Correction and use these settings:
Link Checked, Red Green Blue set to 0.84
Move the bow into the top right corner of the image so it sits on the tag
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before
~ Step 8 ~
Maximize PIT_jewels220.psp
Copy the corner of your choice (I picked the one on Raster 8) and paste as new layer
Image, Resize and use these settings:
90 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Move it into the top left corner of the image
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before
Layers, Duplicate
Image, Flip
~ Step 9 ~
Make sure your Foreground color is still set to White (#FFFFFF)
Make sure your Background color is still set to #6C717F
Activate text tool and use the following settings:
Type your name
Position into the moon
Layers, Convert to Raster Layer
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and these settings:
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and these settings:
Move this layer so its under the bow layer
~ Step 10 ~
Hide the background layer and crop your image
Unhide the background layer
Layers, Merge All (Flatten)
Add your watermark, resize if you'd like and save your work as jpg
