Select and fill with the silver beads pattern - sharpen 3. Keep selected - Invert and apply the following cut-out 4. Keep selected and apply the cut-out again only this time change the Vertical & Horizontal settings to minus 2 5. Add a 2px black border 6. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the Silver beads pattern - sharpen 7. Add a 20px black border - select and apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 3 8. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the Silver beads pattern - Sharpen 9. Add a 2px black border 10. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the Silver beads pattern 11. Add a 25px black border - select and apply Tronds Filters - Star 1 12. Keep selected and apply Simple Filters - Top Left Mirror then apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 2 13. Keep selected and apply Simple Filters - Top Left Mirror 14. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the Silver beads pattern - sharpen 15. Add a 2px black border 16. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the Silver beads pattern - sharpen 17. Add a 25px black border - select and apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 3 18. Add a 1px border - select and fill with the silver pattern Add the corners and your all done !
