WHAT YOU WILL NEED  PSP 9 Two Moons Filters Simple Filters Supplies    1. Open up an image that is 458 x 520px in size 2. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the dustybliss gradient - angel 45 repeats 0 - keep selected - Invert and apply the following cut-out 3. Add a 1px black border 4. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 5. Add a 1px black border 6. Add a 20px border using #815e7c 7. Select this last border and apply noise using the following settings 8. Keep selected - Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass using the following settings 9. Still selected apply the following Inner Bevel then sharpen once 10. Add a 1px black border 11. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gradient same settings as before 12. Add a 1px black border 13. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 14. Add a 40px border using #7b5a77 - select and apply Two Moons Filter - Vertical Chop and Blur using the default settings 7 - 21 15. Keep selected - Image - Mirror - Apply Simple Filters - Top Left Mirror then select none 16. Open up the lace overlay - copy and paste as a new layer onto your working image 17. Adjust - Sharpen - layers merge visible 18. Add a 2px border using #815e7c 19. Add a 1px black border 20. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold pattern Select none and your all done !
