Materials

Paint Shop Pro
Greg's Factory Output Volume II - Pool Shadow
FM Tile Tools
Super Blade Pro or Blade Pro
Silver Silver Preset of Choice
Mace Preset
*The preset is on page 14*
The page is password protected, the username &
password is just above the page numbers.
Supplies

1. Open the images in Paint  Shop Pro
Minimize the pattern fill, and corners
Duplicate the image (Shift D) and close the original
Install the Plugins to your Plugins  Folder
Put the presets in the Environment and Texture folder
of Blade Pro or Super Blade Pro
Select a color from your graphic and set as the background
color - I am using #B42A4E

2. Add 2px border - white
Select with the magic wand
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - Silver Preset of Choice
Select none.

3. Add 1px border - black

4. Add 5px border - white
Select with the magic wand
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - Silver Preset of Choice
Select none

5. Add 1px border - black

6.Add 2px border - white
Select with the magic wand
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - Silver Preset of Choice
Select none

7. Add 1px border - black

8. Add 10px border - white
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the background color
Keep selected

9. Layers - New Raster Layer
Flood fill with white
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - Silver Preset of Choice
On the layer palette - change the blend mode to Dissolve



Lower the opacity of the layer to between 10 - 20
Layers - Merge - Merge All
Select none

10. Repeat Steps 3 - 5

11. Add 5px border - white
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the background color
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Volume II - Pool Shadow
Apply the default settings
Select none

12. Repeat Steps 3 - 5

13. Add 20px border - white
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the background color
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - nk-mace
Select none

14. Repeat Steps 3 - 5

15. Add 30px border - white
Select with the magic wand
Flood fill with the background color
Layers - New Raster Layer
Set the foreground to the diamond pattern
Angle 0, Scale 30
Flood fill the border with the pattern
Select none

16. Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss
Apply the default settings - twice
Select none
Layers - Merge - Merge All

17. Selections - Select All
Selections - Modify - Contract 30
Selections - Invert
Effects - 3d Effects - Inner Bevel

Select none

18. Repeat Steps 3 and 4

Add the corners I have supplied to the finished frame or
choose some of your own.
