Materials

1. Open your image, duplicate and close original
Set the foreground pattern to the silver pattern
Set the background to black or a dark color from your image

2. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the silver pattern
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Apply twice
Selections - Invert

3. Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout
Select none

4. Add 1px border - background color

5. Add 5px border
Select and fill with the silver pattern
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Apply twice
Select none

6. Add 10px border - background color

7. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the silver pattern
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Apply twice
Select none

8. Add 1px border - background color

9. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the silver pattern
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Apply twice
Select none

10. Add 20px border - background color
Effects - Plugins - Funhouse - Centipedal Tile
Apply the default settings
Select none

11. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the silver pattern
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Apply twice
Select none

12. Add 1px border - background color

13. Add 5px border
Select and fill with the silver pattern
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Apply twice
Select none

14. Add 25px border - background color
Effects - Plugins - Funhouse - Centipedal Tile

Effects - 3d Effects - Inner Bevel
Select none

Add the supplied corners or some of your own
