WHAT YOU WILL NEED

VM Texture - Rotatile

Simple Filters

Filters Unlimited 2

Supplies

1. Open up your image and add a 3px border

2. Using your wand, select the border and flood fill with the silver pattern

3. Keep selected ---> Invert and apply the following Cut-out

4. Add a 10px border using #01307E

5. Select your border and apply NRV Bordermania Frame 2 using the following settings

6. Select none

7. Add a 2px border ---> Select and flood fill with the silver pattern

8. Add a 15px border ---> Select and flood fill with the tiff_o17 gradient ---> Angle set on 45 and Repeat set on 3

9. Repeat step 7 ---> keep selected ---> Invert and apply the following Cut-out

10. Select none

11. Repeat steps 4 and 5

12. Add a 35px border using #01307E

13. Select the border and apply VM Texture - Rotatile at the default setting

14. Keep selected ---> Apply Simple Filters 4 Way Average then apply Filters Unlimited 2 ---> Buttons & Frames ---> Glass Frame 2 at the default setting

15. Sharpen Twice ---> Select none

16. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the silver pattern

17. Select none

And your all done !
