This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions

~ You will need ~
Blame It On The Rain Scrapkit and the tab I used is by Melissa.
You can find her awesome work @ Scrappy Expressions
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
My supplies here. The zip includes ScrapKit, tab, picture, brushe and font

Put the brush in your brush folder (Marble2.PspBrush & BrushTip_Marble2.PspScript)
Open the ScrapKit, tab and picture in psp
Tubes have HIDDEN layers which mean you must unhide to see them
Minimize them all
Double click to open the font "CAC Champagne" and minimize it on your desktop
Set your foreground color to White (#FFFFFF)
Set your background color to #668269

~ Step 1 ~

File, New
Set Width and Height to 486, Transparent background
Selections, Select All
Maximize Blame It On The Rain ScrapKit
Copy SE_BlameItOnTheRain_Paper_2 layer and paste into selection in your working area
Selections, Select None

~ Step 2 ~

Layers, New Raster Layer
Activate your Brush Tool, find Marble 2 and use these settings:



Apply the brush about anywhere using your background color (right click)
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Color

~ Step 3 ~

Maximize Blame It On The Rain ScrapKit
Copy SE_BlameItOnTheRain_Ric-Rac layer and paste as new layer into your working area
Move it down, about 1 inch from the bottom
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:



~ Step 4 ~

Maximize Blame It On The Rain ScrapKit
Copy SE_BlameItOnTheRain_Paper_3 layer and paste as new layer into your working area
Image, Resize and use these settings:
75 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and use these settings:
Hue: 90, Saturation: 30
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use these settings:
Direction: Left, Degrees: 20, everything else Unchecked
Move the paper a bit to the right
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:



~ Step 5 ~

Maximize Blame It On The Rain ScrapKit
Copy SE_BlameItOnTheRain_Frame layer and paste as new layer into your working area
Image, Resize and use these settings:
90 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before

~ Step 6 ~

Copy weg-102706.jpg and paste as new layer
Image, Resize and use these settings:
90 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Move this layer down so its under the frame layer
Move the face down and to the right so it fits nicely into the frame

~ Step 7 ~

Maximize SE_FolderTabs.pspimage and copy the 2nd tab from the bottom
Paste it into your working area
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use these settings:
Direction: Right, Degrees: 10, everything else Unchecked
Move the tab into the top right corner of the frame

~ Step 8 ~

Set your Foreground color to NULL
Make sure your Background color is still set to #668269
Activate text tool and use these settings:



Type your name
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use these settings:
Direction: Right, Degrees: 10, everything else Unchecked
Position into the tab
Layers, Convert to Raster Layer
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and these settings:



~ Step 9 ~

Maximize Blame It On The Rain ScrapKit
Copy SE_BlameItOnTheRain_FlowerDoodle and paste as new layer into your working area
Image, Resize and use these settings:
90 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Resize 2 more times
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and use these settings:
Hue: 90, Saturation: 30
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use these settings:
Direction: Left, Degrees: 45, everything else Unchecked
Resize 1 more time
Move the doodle into the bottom left corner
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:



~ Step 10 ~

Maximize Blame It On The Rain ScrapKit
Copy SE_BlameItOnTheRain_StringFlowers and paste as new layer into your working area
Image, Resize and use these settings:
85 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio Checked, Resize all layers Unchecked
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as in step 9

~ Step 11 ~

Image, Canvas Size
Change the Width and Height to 500
Make sure the Placement is center (7 pixels all around)
Selections, Select All
Selections, Modify, Contract 7
Selections, Invert

~ Step 12 ~

Layers, New Raster Layer
Make sure your Foreground color is still set to White (#FFFFFF)
Make sure your Background color is still set to #668269
Set your Foreground to Gradient and use these settings:
Rectangular, Center Point Horizontal and Vertical set to 50, Angle 45, Repeats 0, Invert Unchecked
Fill the selection with the gradient
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as in step 9
Repeat Drop Shadow but change Vertical and Horizontal to -2
Selections, Select None
Layers, Merge All (Flatten)
Add your watermark and save your work as jpg
