1. Open your image, duplicate it and close the original
Select two colors from your graphic - set the darker of the
as the foreground color
I am using #8f2d4b - dark and #d782ac -light
Set the background gradient to - Foreground/Background
linear - angle 0 - repeats 1

Set the foreground pattern to the gold from the zip

2. Selections - Select All
Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout
Repeat cutout - Vertical and Horizontal -2
Select none

Select and fill with the gold pattern

4. Add 1px border - black

5. Add 1px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern

6. Add 5px border
Select and fill with the foreground color
Select none

7. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern

8. Add 1px border - black

9. Add 3px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern

10. Add 15px border
Select and fill with the gradient
