   I have included the corner I have used in the zip file as well
as a white corner in .psp format if you don't use the same colours as I do.

 

1.  Open graphic - duplicate and close original. 
Choose a colour from your graphic and set as the foreground colour
- I used #7D8FB9. 
 Set the background colour to white.

2.  Add 2px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - preset of choice. 
I used nkdappled from The Treasure Trove which can be found on Page 42.

3.  Selections - Invert.  Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout.

Vertical - 2
Horizontal - 2
Opacity - 60
Blur - 20
Colour - BlackRepeat Cutout - Vertical and Horizontal  -2
Select none.

4.  Add 10px border - select with magic wand. 
 Flood fill with foreground colour. 
Select none.

5.  Add 2px border - select with magic wand. 
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro. 
 Select none.

6.  Add 15px border - select with magic wand. 
 Flood fill with foreground colour.

7.  Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique. 
 Select none.

8.  Add 1px border - select with magic wand
 (you may have to zoom in to see the border and be able to click on it with the magic wand).
  Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro.
  Select none.

9.  Add 1px border - select with magic wand.
  Flood fill with foreground colour. 
 Select none.

10.  Add 1px border - select with magic wand. 
 Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro.
  Select none.

11.  Add 20px border - select with magic wand. 
 Flood fill border with foreground colour.

12.  Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow.
Use the default settings with one change  -  Intensity - 87.

 Effects - Noise - Add  7% Uniform.

13. Repeat Steps 8 - 10.

14.  Add 25px border - select with magic wand. 
Flood fill with foreground colour.

15.  Effects - Plugins - Fantastic Machines - Paint Engine. 
Keep selected.

16.  Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel.  Select none.

17.  Add 2px border - select with magic wand. 
 Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro.
  Select none.
