What you need for this tutorial:
Super Blade Pro
Jasc PSP 8

Supplies for this tutorial   Available here.
Includes: Tubes, Super Blade Pro Preset, Gradient, Font, and an already made mirror if you do not have superblade pro. I also included an image with the super blade pro preset that you can use to flood fill your borders, if you do not have super blade pro, but wish to make your mirror.

Open the gradient and add it to your psp gradient folder, put the preset in your enviroments folder for Super Blade Pro, open the font and it will be available for use in PSP, open the tubes in PSP. You are, of course, welcome to use your own tubes.


Now that you have everything you need, let's get started: Remember to save often

open up a new image 178 X 343
flood fill with diz-mirror gradient
repeat 0 angle 36
lower the opacity to 74%
layers merge all
image add border symmetrical 5 color white
with your magic wand select the white border
add the sanco knottygold super blade pro preset
(If you do not have super blade pro flood fill with the pattern provided)
while still selected add this inner bevel:

Inner Bevel

selections invert
add cut out with these settings:
V 2 H 2 opacity 60 Blur 50 color: white
Selection: select none

Image add border symmetrical: 20 white
select with your magic wand:
flood fill with the diamond pattern supplied
add border 5 color white
add the sanco knottygold super blade pro preset
while still selected add the same inner bevel as before:
invert and add the same cutout
Save image as a psp file.

selection tool: shape square
draw a small square on a new layer with your selection tool
edit copy
paste as new image
Deselect selection on your mirror
flood fill the square with the diz mirror gradient
add border symmetrical 3: white
select the white border with your magic wand and apply the super blade pro preset
add same inner bevel as earlier
invert add cutout (same as earlier)

edit copy paste as new layer on to your mirror
image rotate free rotate 45 degrees right
position in upper left hand corner
duplicate image mirror
merge visible

Copy and paster mirror as a new image

Canvas size 600 X 500: The canvas is a little large but this gives you room to work.
add your tube for the mirror
duplicate
move this tube over a little from your original tube,
place this layer under the original tube lower opacity to 26%
Merge visible
duplicate your mirror:
image: mirror
move so that the images overlap a little
lower the opacity of the bottom mirror to 62%

add your other tube
on top of the first layer and below the second layer
resize 85% all layers unchecked

Layers merge visible
add your text as a vector layer
foreground and background color the gold preset included in the zip file.
place your text where you want it
objects: align horizontal
convert to raster layer
add drop shadow
V H -10 opacity 50% blur 10

layers merge visible
edit copy paste as new image
and save as a jpeg
