1. Open your image, duplicate and
close the original Resize your image so that
is is approximately 355 x 450 If the size of
the image you are working on is a different
size, the effect on the 15px border will be
different
Choose a dark color from your
image...set as the background color For this
frame I am using #3c1f3d Write down the hex
color for the dark color so that you an
add it to the swatches for the 1px borders
coming up
2. Add 2px border -
white Select with the magic wand Effects -
Plugins - Flaming Pear - Super Blade
Pro Chose the goldeneye preset
3. Add 1px border - using the
dark color Using the hex code your wrote
down, add this color to your swatches

Add 2px border - white Select with the magic
wand Effects - Plugins - Super Blade
Pro Use the same preset as in Step
2 Select none
5. Add 1px border -
using the dark color
6. Add 2px border -
white Select with the magic wand Effects -
Plugins - Super Blade Pro Use the same preset

7. Add 10px
border Select and fill with the background
color (dark color) Adjust - Add/Remove noise
- Add noise Select none
8. Repeat Steps 4 - 6
9. Add 15px border Select and fill
with the background color Effects - Plugins -
Filter Factory U - Shear Tiles Select none

14. With the magic
wand, click on the solid sections of the
border Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 3 -
Glass Apply the same settings as in Step

Halo Select none
