Open your graphic, duplicate and close original Choose a color from your graphic and set as foreground color I used a02422 Set foreground pattern to the gold fill Set background to white 2. Add 2px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with gold pattern Selections - Invert 3. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout Repeat Cutout - Vertical and Horizontal -3 Select none 4. Add 10px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with foreground color Select none 5. Add 2px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with gold pattern Select none 6. Set background color to black Add 5px border 7. Set background to white Add 2px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with gold pattern Select none 8. Add 15px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with foreground color Keep selected 9. Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory B - Button Deluxe Select none 10. Repeat Steps 5 - 7 11. Add 20px border - select with magic wand Flood fill with foreground color Keep selected 12. Effects - Plugins - Unplugged Effects - Tangent Deform Keep selected 13.
