1. Open your graphic, duplicate it (Shift & D), and close the original image
Unzip the supplies and corners and minimize them on your workspace
Set the foreground pattern to the following gold pattern
Right click and choose Save As or choose Copy and then paste on your PSP workspace

**you may wish to put this gold in your pattern folder if you haven't already done so**

Choose a color from your graphic and set as the background color
2. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Selections - Invert

Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout
Select none

3. Add 1px border - black

4. Add 5px border - background color
*note you will have to change the color back to white or another color*
Select with magic wand
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise/Add Noise

5. Add 5px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

6. Add 1px border - black

7. Add 2px border - background color

8. Add 1px border - black

9. Add 2px border
Select and fill with gold pattern
Select none

10. Add 1px border - black

Apply the same settings as in Step 11
Select none

I have supplied some corners which you can use to embellish your image anyway you wish
