Unzip and minimize on your workspace.
Graphic of choice

This frame works best on an almost square image.

1. Open your graphic, duplicate and close original. Choose a colour from your graphic and set as the foreground colour - I used #080808. Set foreground pattern to the minimized gold pattern. Set background to white.

2. Add 5px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with gold pattern.

3. Effects - Plugins - Screenworks - Boxed Dot.
Effects - Plugins - NVR Bordermania - Frame 2.

Frame 2

Selections - Invert.

4. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout

Cutout

Repeat Cutout - Vertical and Horizontal -3

Select none

5. Add 10px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with foreground colour. Select none

6. Add 2px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with gold pattern. Select none

7. Add 1px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with foreground colour. Select none.

8. Add 2px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with the gold pattern. Select none

9. Add 15px border - select with magic wand.

10. Effects - Plugins - Neology - Transparent Pizza

Keep selected

11. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel

Select none

12. Repeat Steps 6 - 8.

13. Add 10px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with foreground colour. Select none

14. Add 5px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with gold pattern. Keep selected.

15. Effects - Plugins - Screenworks - Boxed Dot
Effects - Plugins - NVR Bordermania - Frame 2. Apply the same settings as in Step 3. Select none

16. Add 10px border - select with magic wand. Flood fill with foreground colour. Select none

17. Repeat Steps 6 - 8

18. Add 20px border - select with magic wand.

19. Effects - Plugins - Neology - Checkered Tiling.

Keep selected

20. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel. Apply the same settings as Step 11. Select none
