Woman Image I used You can download the image ... Here Unzip
and then open in PSP
PSP Mask You can download the mask ... Here The
mask is a .jpg so just unzip and open in PSP
Plug-in Filter / DSB Flux You can download the filter ... Here Unzip
and install into your PSP Plug-in Filter folder
Plug-in Filter / ScreenWorks You can download the filter ... Here Unzip
and place in your PSP Plug-in Filter folder
~ Instructions ~
1. Open Image and Mask up in PSP ... Minimize Mask
2. Set Foreground color to a dark color from your image ... I
used #8C8276 Set Background color to a light color from your image ... I used
#F9EDDD
3. Set Foreground Styles box to Gradient / Sunburst Gradient
with the following settings:
4. Click on your Selection Tool....and then open up your Tool Options Window....Selection Type: Ellipse / Feather: 0 / Antialias: Checked
5. Find the exact center of your image ... refer to the numbers
in the lower left hand corner of your status bar ... On this image center
is....Left click & hold down while dragging your cursor till you
reach....then let go
6. Layers / New Raster Layer Selections / Invert Flood
Fill....with
the Gradient color
7. Layers / New Raster Layer Selections / Invert
8. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the following settings:
9. Layers / New Raster Layer Selections / Modify / Expand /
5 Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout Use the same cutout settings as in Step
8 (Vert 0 / Horiz 0 / Opac 100 / Blur 20 / Black) Selections / Select None
10. Layers / New Raster Layer Flood Fill....with the Gradient color Masks / New / From Image with the
following settings:
11. Masks / Delete When it asks "Would you like this mask
merged into the current layer?" Answer Yes
12. Effects / Plug-in Filters / dsb flux / Bright Noise with the
following settings:
